Agreement and eligibility

Scarf descriptions

We take reasonable care with material descriptions, dimensions, colors, pattern placement, and images. Screen rendering, lighting, textile cutting, hand finishing, and production batches can cause reasonable variation. Obvious errors may be corrected before acceptance.

Order acceptance

An automated confirmation records receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of stock, payment, pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restriction, or delivery limitation. Captured amounts for canceled goods will be returned.

Acceptable use

Users must not introduce harmful code, evade security, impersonate others, misuse checkout, interfere with operations, extract protected material without permission, or use the site unlawfully.

Liability and mandatory rights

Within limits permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing operator and severability
