Scarf care

Follow the care label and product-page instructions. When hand washing is permitted, use cool water and mild detergent, avoid prolonged soaking or wringing, reshape gently, and dry away from direct heat. Silk or specialty fabrics may require professional cleaning.

Storage and wearing

Store clean and dry, away from sharp jewelry, hook-and-loop fasteners, rough surfaces, strong sunlight, and moisture. Take care around cosmetics, fragrance, and hair products that may mark delicate fibers.

Manufacturing concerns

Unless a product page states longer coverage, report a suspected manufacturing defect within thirty days after delivery. Proof of purchase and clear photographs may be required.

Exclusions and remedies

Normal wear, natural textile variation, snagging, staining, misuse, unsuitable cleaning, neglect, alteration, or unauthorized repair are excluded. After assessment, we may provide guidance, replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate without reducing mandatory statutory rights.
