Processing

Most paid orders are prepared within one to three business days. Quality checks, inventory confirmation, payment review, peak periods, or public holidays may extend processing.

Shipping rates

For supported destinations, Fast shipping costs $5.99 USD when the eligible order subtotal is from $0.00 through $44.99 USD. Free shipping applies to eligible subtotals of $45.00 USD or more. Checkout displays the controlling method for the selected destination.

Delivery estimates

Transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier capacity, customs procedures, weather, local disruptions, and other events outside reasonable control can affect timing.

Tracking and textile packaging

Tracking is supplied when available. Scarves are packed to help protect them in transit; customers should check the delivery details entered at checkout and monitor carrier updates.

International charges

Import duties, taxes, brokerage, and similar destination charges may apply. Unless checkout expressly includes them, the recipient is responsible for these costs.

Delivery concerns

Report a delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect parcel promptly. Include the order number, tracking record, outer packaging photos, and product photos where relevant so we can assess the appropriate remedy.
