Return window

A return request may be submitted within thirty days after delivery. Approval and instructions are required before an item is sent back.

Scarf return condition

Eligible scarves must be unworn except for careful inspection, unwashed, unaltered, free from perfume, cosmetics, stains, pulls, and other signs of use, and returned with original packaging, tags, and included accessories.

Color and measurement variation

Minor differences caused by lighting, display settings, textile cutting, hand finishing, or reasonable measurement tolerance are not necessarily defects. Materially incorrect, damaged, or defective goods remain eligible for review.

Exceptions

Personalized items, final-sale goods, gift cards, and products made unsuitable for resale through use or improper care are generally excluded unless applicable law requires a remedy.

Costs and refunds

Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns. When we verify a material defect, transit damage, or fulfillment error, we will offer an appropriate remedy and may cover reasonable return costs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; processing by financial institutions may take five to ten business days.
